“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing to help others?’”                                                    ~Martin Luther King, Jr.

In June, a youth at RWJD named Nathan helped me unload the food from my car. Nathan shared with me how thankful he is for the donated food. It means so much to him that you – someone he has never even met before – are donating food; you are making his dream of completing his GED and going to college a reality, a dream he never thought would be possible. He could not do it without your support. Here is his thank you note to all of you:

Nate Letter J3T

(Note: The Youth often refer to Real World Job Development as “JDP”)

Thank you for helping to change the lives of the youth at RWJD.

This month’s request:

Beef jerky
Canned fruit
